3. Emergency Response Disclaimer

4. Estimates & Pricing

4.1 Free Inspections
Free inspections apply to visual assessments only. Additional testing by others (moisture mapping, air sampling, lab testing, etc.) will incur fees.

4.2 Estimates
All estimates are based on the visible scope of damage at the time of inspection. Additional hidden damage discovered during work may result in updated pricing.

4.3 Billing
Final invoices reflect the full scope of completed work, materials, equipment rental, and labor.

4.4 Insurance Claims
Customers are responsible for paying their deductible and any non-covered portions of the claim. We may work directly with your insurance adjuster for billing and documentation, but the homeowner remains responsible for payment.


5. Insurance & Liability

Alexander Restoration Group LLC is fully licensed and insured to perform restoration and construction services in Florida.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing property damage

Mold growth caused by delayed action from the customer

Additional damage that occurs before mitigation services begin

Delays caused by insurance, weather, utility issues, or third parties


6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, the customer agrees to:

- Provide property access during scheduled times

- Remove personal belongings or valuables from work areas

- Notify us of known hazards, asbestos, lead, or unsafe conditions

- Maintain functioning utilities (electric, water, HVAC) unless otherwise agreed

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project.


7. Health & Safety Protocols

Our team follows industry standards and guidelines, including:

EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment (when applicable)

Proper PPE, containment, and HEPA filtration

Customers should avoid affected work areas until cleared for re-entry.


8. Project Timeline

Project timelines vary depending on:

We will provide estimated timelines but cannot guarantee exact completion dates.


9. Warranty
